It seems to me that the table is the way you physically pay the target (as you also highlighted in the M&A Deal Structuring courses - in which you ask to write below the header "physical currency" in that slide). And I believe it is not the same thing as you pointed out above (issuing shares directly to the target means that they will bear the risks of ups and downs on the acquirer's stock price/and business, whereas if you raise equity in the markets and then pay the target S/H with these proceeds, it's another story). So, did you understand my doubt? I'm still not sure if we should consider the physically payment or the funding when modeling it. Could you help me to figure it out?

(4b). Also, if you're saying in #4 that "you issue stock directly to the s/h", so how you refinance your debt w/ physical stock (as your answer above suggests, that table shows the shares issued to target) ando so, how is that used to refinance/retire the target's debt? Did you get my point now? So that part in stock is or is not assumed to be equity raised in the markets?

I need to plot 3 variables on a scatter plot diagram for a report I create. I have been doing this manually since I started because I dont know how to automate the process.

the 3 variables are

asset class: equity, credit, rates, commodity, fx, hybrid (which I can use as the y-axis)
Maturity(years) : <1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,89,10+ (which I can use as the x-axis)
Region: a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h (which I can use as the different series)

if there is more than 1 product for the same country, asset class and maturity, I don't want the plot points to stack up because I cant see that there is more than 1 product. Every time I try this the scatter looks horrible and the axes dont make sense. Please help thanks.
If there is more info I can provide for a better answer please let me know. I can upload an image of something I created manually that I would like to mimic but I can only type urls and not upload files I believe.

DCF - FCFF time horizon and excluding Terminal Value
I am working on FCFF and I have wondering if we take a longer period and don’t include the Terminal Value for future calculation and discount it back, is that correct method? As we know that most of the value come from the TV, the stock price is too high, is that appreciate to do it like that.
