how do i play with WACC? - specifically the kd portion when moving forward as the target debt is very low or zero. industry debt is also very small at 3.7%. also comps are not easy to come by in this industry. the private company has forecast large cash balance due to strong growth. so debt will be paid. does it mean that there is no kd and use only CAPM? the capex have also been maxed out. if use only ke then the value will be small as WACC is large without kd. how do we manage this?
