After I derive the enterprise value of the company, is this Enterprise Value post-money or pre-money? Tend to argue that it is post-money valuation as the financial forecast already takes into account the improved performance. If it is post-money, am I right to say that we should not add the cash proceed (from IPO) to derive the equity value? Read More
