AVERAGEIFS($B$180:$BA$180,$B$5:$BA$5,"=$BC5")
$B$180:$BA$180 is the range to average
$B$5:$BA$5 is the range from 1Q05 to 4Q15 and I have already use the MID function to return the last 2 digits (i.e. 1Q15, 2Q15, 3Q15, 4Q15 all return 15)
$BC5 is the annual column, i.e. 2015 and I have already use the MID function to return the last 2 digits (i.e. 2015 = 15)
