I am aware of the valuation methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow, Company Comparable Analysis etc. but am unsure of what the relevant steps are to come to a valuation for a company. Does it matter which valuation method should be used? Also, what could potentially impact a valuation that I could carry out for a company?
