Beginning vs. Average Balance, and Diluted Shares Outstanding
1. Debt Sweep Tab, Interest Schedule, F67, in the case of Interest Income and Interest Expense, what is more commonly use, beginning balance or average balance? 2. Can you please explain again the Diluted Shares Outstanding formula (IS tab, cell I24)?

CapEx and capital lease
Shouldn't capital lease portion of CapEx be excluded from CFI calculation as capital lease by defination is funded by capital lease rather than cash?
