I thought you substract net debt? On the next slide, number 8, the TEV was calculated by sustracting net debt, so which one is right? 2. On slide 39, I'm having trouble arriving at the same terminal values as you. For the perpetuity growth model with 3% constant growth, I did: (FCFF 2010*(1+r))/(k-g)=(8403*1.03)/(.1-.03)=123644. This is different from the number you got, but what am I doing wrong? Read More
