Hi there, I took this course over a year ago. Noticed that in CF sheet Row 37 has mandatory debt (repayment) / borrowing. But this is not factored into Total Cash Available / (Required) Row 40 which feeds into the Sweep tab. My Question: Does the model allow for debt pay down? If so, how do I use... Read More

This would get modified on the Sweep tab. Whatever row 37 on CF references on Sweep, should be the change in LTD which is a formula that acts as ultimate balancer. Thank you for pointing this out. At first glance, you are correct that it does not sweep through. We will revert with an updated correct formula once our insurance expert has a change to revise.
