On slide 39, I'm having trouble arriving at the same terminal values as you. For the perpetuity growth model with 3% constant growth, I did: (FCFF 2010*(1+r))/(k-g)=(8403*1.03)/(.1-.03)=123644. This is different from the number you got, but what am I doing wrong? Read More
