when you are calculating the transaction enterprise value,you use the sum of the equity acquisition and the existing net debt refinanced to arrive at the transaction enterprise value. But the $750 maintained on books has the significant effect on the amount of the existing net debt refinanced , if you use $800 or $900 , instead of $750, your transaction enterprise value will be changed through the changed amount of the existing net debt refinanced. So am I clear in understanding that?
