- Shareholders equity: should be the equity we pay less transaction costs per online version. We did not do this in class but rather took the equity paid by the sponsor
- Statistics: Total Debt/Capital - shouldnt the Capital calculation include the cash since it is also capital which remains in the business (minimum balance)
- Tax line: in class our results arrived at negative Pre-Tax income which would arrive at a postive tax amount. I have changed it to be min of 0 and a negative tax charge if pre tax income is positive. Think this is more conservative and accurate in the abscence of modelling a proper tax loss schedule.
