In the Complex LBO please confirm how you are adjusting the Cashflow for the PIK interest which should not be hitting he cash balance. It seems you are taking the whole PIK interest into the total net interest in the PL (which is correct) but then the Net Income is not adjusted in the Cashflow to take the PIK interest out. It looks like you are adjusting for it by decreasing the Debt Repayment amount in row 32 on the Cashflow which I think will arrive at the same result but is not all that clear if one is looking at the model printed out for example. Could it be clearer to actually include a PIK adjustment line in the cashflow somewhere?
